Mountains Calling Home

{hazy ipa, 6.3%]
As a part of BK's hop feature series, Mountains Calling Home, the rare Nectaron hop is on full display with bold notes of peach, apricot, nectarine and light pine in this tropical hazy.

Two Falls

[hazy ipa, 6.5%]
Affably named in reference to the two waterfalls in Vermont of the same name — Moss Glen Falls — Two Falls is our newest take on the famed IPA styling born out of New England and brewed using citra, talus, and sultana hops. First brewed: June 2022.

West of Piha

[hazy pale ale + phantasm, new zealand hops, 6%]
Featuring New Zealand sourced Phantasm + hops, West of Piha is a perfect, light-bodied companion to surf weather sunshine and accented with notes of sauvignon blanc grapes, ripe pear, summer pineapple, and candied grapefruit rind. Enjoy basking in the sun or while closing your eyes dreaming of your favorite beach.

Field of Spires

[brett wit + prickly pear, 5.5%]
The third release in our "Field of" brett wit series takes on the bright, citrusy nuance of the prickly pear fruit. The result is a funky little fruit beer with an approachable, wine-like dryness and a delightful, mild funk. First Brewed: May 2022.

Nine : One

[hazy imperial india pale ale, 10%]
Hopped with New Zealand’s favorite Enigma, Nelson Sauvin, and Rakau hops, this Imperial Hazy IPA features notes of over-ripe melon, gooseberry, moscato grape, and with a cotton candy softness. Named after the number sheep to humans living in NZ, if you have a couple of these and you'll certainly be counting something. First brewed: January 2021.


Amai

[belgian style wit, 4.8%]
Named after the Flemish expression for amazement, Amai is enveloped with aromas of citrus, spice, and chamomile that pair perfectly with notes of coriander, clove, and noble hops. If you're feeling nostalgic, garnish with an orange wedge. First brewed: December 2021.

Il Serpente

[italian pilsner, 4.8%]
An Italian Pilsner crafted in collaboration with Chicago restaurant, Segnatore, and the fine people at Orbit Group Hospitality. Crisp, floral with an herbaceous hop profile, balanced by a light body reminiscent of cracker, bread middle, and a little bit of Tuscan sunshine.

Feathers and Frost

[dark farmhouse + botanicals, 5%]
Light bodied, dark in color, bold in flavor and featuring cardamom, juniper, coriander, and light note of fig. Beautiful and seasonally essential. First brewed: November 2021.

Two Branches

[sahti + cara cara oranges, 7.2%]
A Finnish style beer by tradition, Two Branches takes the historical brewing approach of integrating juniper and rye, and modernizes the flavor profile imbibed with Cara Cara orange. The complementary result of two rules of thought, or branches, if you will. First brewed: October 2021.

Notorious Crown

[rye stout, 6%]
Named after the notorious gangs of Rye, UK that built ships for the King. Aromas of dark chocolate and biscotti envelope notes of rye bread, dark roasted coffee, and spice in this light bodied stout with plenty of character. First brewed: December 2021.

Cosimo

[dry tiramisu dessert stout, 8.5%]
Based on the Italian delicacy first introduced in the 17th century to the Duke of Florence, Cosimo Medici. This unusual dessert stout boasts a dry yet rich stout character with notes of cocoa, cinnamon, and coffee. First brewed: December 2019.

[Dark Mexican Lager, 5%]
Crisp, roasty, and insanely crushable, Tolo Noche makes for the perfect companion to spiciest of dishes and latest of nights. First brewed: October 2021.

A Little Idiom

[buddha’s hand + plum sour, 5%, limited release]
An homage to four-character Japanese proverbs, this kettle sour features intense notes of citrus lemon from the Buddha's hand fruit supported by light plum and sweet-tart candy. First brewed: October 2019.

Faults in Blue

[hybrid hazy ipa, 6.9%]
Named as a play on the tectonic separation of the supercontinent Pangea and features New Zealand and South African hops, English malt, a blended European yeast strain, and is based loosely on the ever-trendy New England IPA. Notes of stone fruit, mango, and a hint of Belgian influence. First brewed: September 2021.

Ventana

[west coast ipa, 6.8%]
Like walking through Big Sur's Ventana Wilderness, this beer features notes of citrus, pine with underlying red berry and complemented by a smooth mouthfeel and bright, lasting finish. First brewed: August 2021.

Feathers & Fables

[farmhouse ale + botanicals, 4.6%]
Flying in on the back of a 15’ stork is “Feathers & Fables,” a majestic Farmhouse ale steeped with a blend of botanicals and offering notes of lemon and lime as smooth as the wings that delivered it. First brewed: July 2021.

Copitas

[mezcal margarita inspired gose, 4.8%]
Mezcal Margarita Inspired Gose. Lime zest, agave, a kiss of smoke and that welcomed hint of salt. Copitas is a complex party in a glass and at just under 5%, it'll take you much further than its spirit-based cousin. Does not contain mezcal. First brewed: June 2021.

Green Mountains Only

Tangerine, melon, pineapple with a touch of grass in this hazy bomb featuring citra, simcoe, amarillo & azacca. In Vermont, the mountains are not blue. First brewed: January 2020.

Vibrant, elegant, luscious, Courtesy takes inspiration from the farmer’s markets of… Brooklyn. Named after the former land sprawl owned by the Covenhoven family, our founders inadvertently called it Copenhagen when referring to the beer inspired by the area. Alas, we have our seasonal fruit bomb and we revere its happy little mistake. First brewed: April 2019.

Mañana de Mallorca

[spanish tea ipa, 7%]
Inspired by the rocky shores of east Mallorca, Mañana de Mallorca is a rich, melon-based, herbal tea IPA using imported tea indigenous to the Spanish island. It's overwhelming tropical aroma is complimented by tasting notes of ripe melon fruit, citrus, and a lightly bitter, herbal finish. First brewed: June 2018.

Dos Mañanas

[spanish tea double ipa, 9%]
In celebration of our second anniversary, Dos Mañanas is the double IPA re-imagination of our beloved Mañana de Mallorca with an even bolder, citrus-forward hop profile with a fruity, complex backbone. Safe to say it's not quite the "breakfast beer" you're used to sippin’.

Fifty-Five Rocks

[ddh pale ale, 5.5%,]
Hopped with Strata, Comet, Eclipse, and Galaxy, this little rocket has notes of ripe apricot, citrus zest, pink starburst, underripe pineapple, and a light, dry resin. First brewed: April 2021.

Tolo Tolo

[mexican lager, 5%]
Hopped with tettnanger, motueka, and a little citra, this Mexican lager has flavor vibes of crispy tortilla and a hint of lime pith. Smooth, mellow, and oh-so drinkable. First brewed: October 2020.

Bevy of Larks

Alright, we’ll be honest, we got bored during the quarantine and decided to brew a Festbier. And it was good, so we’re going to keep doing it. Honeysuckle, bread crust, and everything you’ve grown to love about festival season. Prost! First Brewed: September 2020.

Punch Kissed Parasol

[fruit punch sour, 4.8%]
A near perfect blend of pomegranate, tangerine, and dark cherry make for this sun crusher reminiscent of your favorite childhood fruit punch. Oh yeah! First brewed: May 2021.

Base Mesa

[hazy ipa, 6.6%]
Double dry-hopped with a combination of citra, amarillo, and HBC-630, this beer offers notes of candied orange, cherry, and musk melon. Unlike its namesake, this mesa drinks real smooth. First brewed: May 2021.

Field of Gardens

[guava brett wit, 5.3%]
Mindblowingly aromatic, this calm, cool brett wit is wildly nuanced while staying light-bodied, spritzy, and refreshing. Aged 2 months on Brett and as dry as a California Sauvignon Blanc. First brewed: May 2020.

Field of Rooftops

[pomegranate brett wit, 5.3%]
The 2nd release in our "Field of" series featuring pomegranate (obvi), overripe red fruit, sweet tart, and mandarin, blended in a beautiful, clean bouquet of Brett. Named after the rooftops of Oia in Santorini, Greece. First brewed: April 2021.

Cloud Patterns

[american pale wheat, 4.2%]
This quintessential Midwest drinker has notes of honey straw, citrus, and stone fruit with a dry finish. TBH, it's the beer you drink when you know you'll want another. First brewed: April 2021.

Sur Les Cerises

[tart cherry cacao porter, 6.8%]
An elegant porter embodying a French chocolate covered cherry made using roasted cacao, tart cherries, plenty of dark malt, and enough roasted character to remind you that you're still drinking a beer. First brewed: November 2020.

Jobos’ Wall

[ddh dipa + milk sugar, 8.5%]
Our take on the trendy “milkshake IPA” as a juicy hop-cocktail by anyone’s definition. Sabro, Sultana, Citra and Chinook make for a dangerously smooth and rich DIPA affably enriched with Milk Sugar. First brewed: September 2020.

Amarga

[sour spanish tea ipa, 5.5%]
In celebration of our 1 year anniversary, we made a sour version of our beloved Mañana de Mallorca. Tart melon candy blends with Sangria tea for this special release. First brewed: August 2020.

La Pyramide

[Imperial Stout + Coffee, 8.6%] La Pyramide, is a big, bold imperial stout with notes of coffee, roasted cacao, and molasses. The name “La Pyramide” stems from the long-celebrated “best restaurant in France” of the same name. La Pyramide’s chef, Fernand Point, was often lauded as the Godfather of modern French cuisine. First brewed: January 2021.

Pacha

[peanut butter porter, 6.8%] A balanced porter made using peanut flour featuring complimentary notes of banana and milk chocolate. Fluffy, a little dry, and very tasty. First brewed: October 2020.

Love, Adelaide

[brut ipa, 6.6%] Southern hemisphere hops of galaxy and enigma turn this otherwise dry, brut ipa into an hop bomb like you’ve never experienced. Underripe stone fruit, peach, and juicy pear give this southern inspired gem all the brilliance it needs while retaining the quintessential dry character of the brut ipa. First brewed: August 2019.

Hallo Peche

[tart peach grisette, 4.1%, seasonal] Lightly tart kettle sour farmhouse with fresh peaches added during fermentation. A spritely addition to your warm-weather lounging, Hallo Pêche is our take on the illusive French & Belgian inspired mountain brew. First brewed: April 2020

Eyrie Shaped Clouds

[grodziskie, 4.2%, seasonal] Smoked with the oak staves of cabernet wine barrels,. Eyrie Shaped Clouds is our bold approach to a clean, historical Polish-inspired mountain beer. First brewed: March 2020.

Meadow x Meadow

[fruited sour, 5.7%, spring/summer] Fresh blueberry with brilliantly tart lemon candy in this clean, refreshing, fruited sour augmented by butterfly pea flower. First brewed: February 2020.

Ogopogo

[blonde stout, 5.5%, single release] Malty, marshmallowy, chocolatey, rich with coffee, and... blonde? Ogopogo is our take on a creamy golden stout. Smooth and mellow. First brewed: January 2020.

Orange Mountains Only

[dipa + milk sugar, 8%, single release] A splash of orange with vanilla and milk sugar make for a smooth, drinkable double balanced with a mild, dry finish. First brewed: February 2020.

Après Café

[coffee ale, 5.4%, single release] Coffee done three ways in the boil, dry-hopped, and then added after conditioning. This coffee ale is a blast of roasted coffee made even better with Brewpoint’s Stargazer beans offering hints of chocolate, burnt cracker, and a nice, light apricot finish. If you want to get really crazy, we recommend adding a drop of your favorite cold brew. First brewed: October 2019.

The Heritage Sour

[cranberry apple kettle sour, 5%, single release] Crisp, spritzy, and tannic, with a fresh apple character and supported by an elegant, dry cranberry finish. The Heritage Sour is classically autumnal in color, with a mellow tartness, and highly drinkable. First brewed: November 2020.
